Membership Meeting — Auction Night

🔨 Back by popular demand — PCARC's November Auction is back! 🎉

Last year's Donation Auction was a huge success, so we are bringing it back bigger and better this year. It is time to start digging through those shacks, garages and workbenches once again.

Mark your calendars for Friday, November 13th. This event is open to all hams, so feel free to invite non-member friends, neighbours and fellow operators.

New this year: two bidding rounds

• Round 1 — Full Donation Auction. Donate your old equipment, gadgets, parts and dust collectors. 100% of the proceeds go directly to supporting PCARC's projects, education efforts and general club operations. One ham's "junk" is another ham's next great project.
• Round 2 — High-Value Reserve Auction. Have a higher-value rig or piece of gear you want to part with? You can set a minimum reserve price. If it sells you keep your reserve, and anything above it is donated to the club. A win for you and for PCARC.

📋 Want to help the night move along?

List your items ahead of time at k9pc.club/sell — enter your callsign and add each item with a title and a short description. For Round 2, set your reserve; you keep that amount and anything above it goes to the club. You can edit your list any time before the 13th.

Everything listed in advance is one less thing to write up at the door, so we spend the evening bidding rather than cataloguing. Nothing has to be listed ahead of time though — bring your gear on the night and we will sort it out. Everything is welcome, from vintage receivers to modern SDRs.

New to the club, or just curious about getting your licence? You are welcome to come along and watch — this is one of the friendlier evenings to turn up to.

Cannot make it on the night? List your items anyway and reply on the club list — somebody will arrange to bring them along.
